Step 3: Decide to Hire EJF

Should you decide to Hire EJF, you sign a management agreement with us and give notice to your current management company.

Step 4: Craft a transition timeline

Our transition coordinator will take the lead on this and we promise that this process will be seamless and successful for the board members and homeowners.

Step 4: Introduce EJF to your Community!

Welcome to EJF!! EJF will announce the change and introduce our systems and team to the homeowners by way of a welcome packet. Our goal is to make sure everyone knows how to access their account information and how to contact EJF with any questions or concerns and in case of emergencies.
