Our Pricing

EJF is committed to a simple, transparent pricing structure with no hidden fees and no surprises. Our management fee is roughly based on the number of units in the community, the type of community (condo, coop, HOA), the age and condition of the property and the Service Plan level you choose. Please contact EJF to discuss a specific price for the management of your community.

Our Happiness Guarantees

To accomplish this, EJF offers these Happiness Guarantees to our Association Department clients:

• Satisfaction Guarantee

  If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may provide a 90-day written notice and cancel your management contract with no penalties. We will refund all management fees paid during the first 90 days. We hope this will never happen, but if it does, we will release you from the agreement and work to assure a smooth transition.

• Timely Financial Reporting Guarantee

  Accurate and timely financial reporting is one of the most important factors to consider when managing any association. Without access to this critical information in a timely fashion, it can spell disaster for your community. We want you to be successful and keep your fellow board members and residents happy!

  • At EJF, Financial reports are always be delivered on the 15th of every month.
  • A Financial Summary Report is also prepared each month and presented to the board in conjunction with the full financial reports

• Customer Service Guarantee

  Our clients love us and we want you to love us too! We want to make you happy by providing the best customer service of any association management company in the business. Our knowledgeable and friendly team is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday for both residents and board members. Our phone systems track all calls for accountability. During our non-holiday business hours, we guarantee that our phones will be answered by a live person who is always ready to help you!

• Our Honest and Transparent Pricing Structure

  We offer a comprehensive ‘Full-Service Plan’ and a financial-services based ‘Fiscal-Plus Plan’. Each contains base offerings yet allows for separately priced add-on services so you can customize your plan. Examples of additional services your community might need include expanded meeting attendance, onsite technology services and so much more! You choose what works for your property!
