What is EJF’s Tenant Referral Program?

Our exclusive Tenant Referral Program is the first of its kind in the DC area. It allows any Tenant in an EJF-managed property to refer a friend or family member to us as a potential new tenant in another unit or property. If your referral results in a new EJF rental contract, we will gift you a $50 Starbucks gift card! Refer as many friends as you want! You could earn one gift card for every signed lease!! *Exclusions apply (see below).

How Do You Get Paid?

Using our easy online referral form, our program will pay you for every rental tenant you refer to us, who signs a leasing agreement with EJF *(see exclusions below). Want to refer two friends and they both rent from us? That’s a $100 gift card for you to Starbucks! Referring five friends? No problem, that’s a $250 gift card! There are no limits on the number of referrals you can earn as long as the referral meets the program requirements! *Exclusions apply (see below).

Starbucks Gift Card certificates will be emailed to your email address on record within 90 days of the newly signed tenant lease.  Don’t worry if your lease with EJF ends in the meantime, you will still receive your gift card(s) as long as you keep your updated email address on file with us.

*Exclusions

Please note that under the Tenant referral reward program, you may only receive one referral gift card award per property unit. This reward program also does not apply to roommate exchanges or additions.

How Do I Get Started?

Simply submit the Tenant Referral Form . You must submit one form for each referral. You will receive a confirmation email from us upon receipt.

One More Thing - We Reward ‘Owner Referrals’ Too!

In addition to ‘Tenants referring new Tenants’, we also welcome ‘Tenants referring Property Owners’ to EJF for management of their units. If you know a property owner who needs help managing their investment, please fill out our referral form today and check the ‘This is an Owner Referral’ box. If the property owner is not a current client and signs a rental management agreement with EJF within 90 days of your submission of the online form, you earn a $250 American Express gift card! So easy! You earn one gift card for every signed management agreement and can refer as many owners as you like!
